We offer free delivery for all UK orders, which we will typically despatch using the UK Mail network. You should expect to receive your order within 3 working days (those being Monday to Friday). If ordering before 3pm, we aim to ship the item the same day.
Any orders placed on a weekend or Bank Holiday will be despatched the next working day. Delivery times are estimated and can be influenced by external factors such as weather and other courier issues.
We offer free International delivery all orders over £200. For orders below this value, a shipping fee will be added to your order. Please see the table at the top of this page for costs. Our International delivery charges are as follows:

Please note the recipient will be responsible for all import duties - as any customs or import duties are charged once the parcel reaches its destination country. Customs charges vary dependant on the import country and we can’t offer advice on these fees; for further information regarding customs and import duties, please contact your local customs office.
We take great pride in the quality of our products; all are hand finished and individually checked before they are sent out. We sincerely hope that you will be happy with your purchase from Ginetta Lifestyle but, in the event that you do wish to return an item, we have a straightforward returns policy in place.
Your right to cancel or return an order starts when the order is placed and ends 14 calendar days after you have received the goods. We ask that you either ensure that the goods are received by us within this 14 day period or notify us in writing (email is best). If you have notified us that you intend to return goods within this 14 day period, you have a further 14 days from the date of cancellation to return any items. Returns arriving after this 14-day period may or may not be accepted at our discretion.
We will accept returned items for a refund or exchange so long as they are in an unworn, saleable condition with all original tags attached.
We always try to deal with returns as soon as they arrive. However, during really busy periods, please allow up to 28 days for your return or exchange to be processed. Note that refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original payer and, if you decide to swap an item, we can’t stop the payer from finding out.
To return goods simply ensure that they are well-packaged, as we cannot be liable for any returned items damaged in transit, and enclose a copy of your order confirmation with a clear indication of whether you would like a refund or exchange.
Please ensure that anything you return to us is done so via a recorded delivery service that requires a signature on delivery.
We can only exchange goods for those of the same value and all refunds will be made to the card/payment method used at the time of purchase.
